Shipping Time
We typically ship orders within 48 hours if no further information is required from you. For bike frames that require custom painting, please allow 15–20 days for production. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly; please keep an eye on your email after placing your order to avoid any potential shipping delays.

Delivery Time
For items stored in overseas warehouses, we may use carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DPD, Amazon Logistics, or DHL.
Delivery timeframe: 2–10 business days (depending on the specific warehouse and carrier).
For items shipped from our warehouse in China, shipping methods include—but are not limited to—EMS, DPD, UPS, and tax-prepaid shipping services.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight and package dimensions of the items; rates vary accordingly. We offer a range of shipping options depending on the destination country, which you can review at checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping costs.

Important Note: If your delivery address is located in a "remote area" (determined by postal code), carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL may charge an additional "remote area surcharge." Please be aware that each carrier has its own criteria for defining remote areas and its own fee structure; any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
